Refund Policy

At PhaBna, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or refund.
Fabrics (unstitched/semi-stitched) once cut or used are non-returnable.
If you wish to return unstitched/semi-stitched/stitched products which are unused, send us photos of the same withing 48 hours.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or product defects (subject to availability).
If the required size is not available, you may choose a replacement item or request a refund.
You can request for replacement item in exchange of your products within mentioned timeframe and condition of the already purchased product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping, if applicable).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order products.
Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
Items purchased during limited-edition/clearance events.
